I regularly use Occasions for all my flowers. The standard is always exceptional and the flowers so fresh that they last for a very long time. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

I was very disappointed that, having ordered 3 days earlier than delivery date, and having requested delivery before noon, Occasions florists did not deliver until later in the afternoon when I knew the recipient would be out visiting her severely disabled son in hospital. I made it very clear that delivery should be before noon. When I called them to ask, they said they had two funerals which were prioritised, but they did not contact ,me to let me know. I will never buy from them again - an order of over 6O which included a 6 delivery charge. Do better!

I found this flower shop online as I live in Cumbria and wanted an arrangement for my Niece who lives in Lancashire. I spoke to a lady who made me feel as if I knew her well and we had a laugh and she sent me a photograph of the arrangement which was lovely. Would buy from her again.

5 stars for Occasions florist. The flower arrangement was stunning as usual. It is wonderful to have a florist that you can rely on when ordering out of area. I tell them vaguely what I want and, more often than not, leave colour choices to them ... they never disappoint. Customer service is second to none.
